
Learn to make a number of sauces to save money and add some pizazz to your food. There will be lots of tasting happening as we practice listening to our tastebuds. This class has 15 spots and we expect it to fill up fast so don't wait too long or you will miss out!
Week one: Steak Sauces
This is a chance to try some steak sauces maybe you've never tried before: a blue cheese sauce, a French mustard emulsion, and maybe a wine & peppercorn sauce. Yes, we will cook up a bit of steak to taste with.
Week two: Dips & things to dip with
We will make hummus & tzatziki and taste them in action with some Lebanese meatballs, pita breads & other dippable things.
Week three: Hot Sauces & Aioli
Learn to make Siracha, a milder/sweeter hot-sauce & a general hot-sauce using dried chilies. We will pair with homemade aioli as these two sauces are delicious together and we will taste them in action on an easy Patatas Bravas Dish.
Week four: More Dips & things to dip with
Homemade ranch dressing & sweet and sour sauce, there are so many ways to use these sauces, we will taste them with some air-fried finger foods.
