THIS CLASS IS FULL
This three night course will take you through all the basics, from getting your starter right and looking after it through to baking the finished product well. Week three will have a focus on a gluten free sour dough.

Your class tutor is Reuben Bowman who is a fantastic teacher and communicator not to mention a pretty good baker of sour dough bread!

Last year this class filled up quick and we only have room for 15 so don't delay in registering.
